There are lots of pokies on the back because I was having a dickens of a time getting the tension right so that the top thread wouldn't keep breaking - I never did succeed at that and the pokies are proof, but it's for me and I can live with it - especially when the top came out so stinkin' cute.
I'm going to Walmart in a few minutes and, while there, I'm going to check out their fabrics. I need background fabric for the upcoming Ugly Sweater quilt along that starts on Monday; I'm using scraps for the sweaters so I don't want to buy quilt store quality fabric for the background.
As for quilting, I'm going to do some 'puttering' from now until Monday when I'll start the Ugly Sweater and plan on starting on the Scooby Doo quilt. I have bowl cozies to make for some relatives and might get some more All star blocks done - not sure what else I'll find that's quick & easy. Oh yeah, and I want to get my Goodnight Irene loaded onto Mo'e so I might get a couple of rows quilted on that, too. It's not going to be a one or two day quilt job - probably more like a week or so. I don't think I'll be able to do more than a row a day. I think I'll be glad that I chose to do the Baptist Fan on it; it will be worth the time it will take.
Ok... off to Walmart - peanut butter cups are calling my name LOL
