Very slow start today

I took a very leisurely start today - it's Sunday, so why not.  I figured I worked hard enough yesterday getting the Goodnight Irene top done and could take it a little easy this morning.  When I did get around to it, I started on today's I Love My Allstars block... and it didn't take long for things to mess up... see the top of the sneaker?  It's supposed to be a blue background... NOT blue and white.  It didn't take too long to undo stitching and stitch the correct colors in.....  Pic 2

 Still had a few 'hiccups' ... like getting the white and blue reversed in the second shoe ( side view shoe), but they are finally DONE!  I can't believe that there was still enough of that pesky cat fabric left to do these shoes - and there's still a square left - like maybe 5"x7".  I've got to set it someplace where it can't procreate... I'm so over this fabric; it needs to be done & gone.

 Now for a nap before I start loading the Gingerbread Boy onto Mo'e and hopefully get SOME quilting done today.
